Hi, I'm Aust. I have been working a Homestead Dairy for over a decade now. We started with a  single dairy goat (who of course escaped from her pen on day one) and since have built a herd of Mini Jersey Cattle and Nigerian Dwarf Goats and milk them each year, providing our family with farm fresh milk, cream, cheese and more! 

I know how confusing, (and quite frankly, scary at first) a homestead dairy operation can be to jump into. But I also know how rewarding it can be!
